To reinforce our sourcing team in Hangzhou we are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Managers in the fields of Consumer and Fashion Products. As Supply Chain Manager, you will work within interdisciplinary project teams about sourcing and supplier management. You’ll be in full charge of developing and managing our company Asian Supply Chain activities. Collaborate with Sourcing, Operations, and our 3rd-party suppliers to ensure timely product delivery. Use metrics (e.g. turns, service levels, working capital) and implement automated solutions to streamline processes. Identify the need for adjustments to Distribution Requirement Plans (DRPs). Document step-by-step procedures for the supply planning process. Re-engineer best practices to improve productivity, reduce waste and over specification. Develop our suppliers in terms of cost management, design to cost and transparent (target) pricing. Train the appropriate internal and external teams for the implementation of best practices. Collaborate with Sourcing and Operation to develop processes and select vendors for new products. Communicate best practices with regional and national supply management teams. Establish effective feedback loops between each process owner (e.g. vendors, suppliers, packers, and shippers) in the supply chain. Hands-on experience with sourcing and procurement. Strong skills with logistics computer programs. Great understanding of e-sourcing tools and systems. Excellent verbal and written communication in Mandarin and English. Master degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or relevant fields.
