职位信息
Routing task for sea import ·
1.Receive pre-alert from overseas, make sure all docs are complete and correct. 接收国外预报,确认所有文件齐全并正确。
2. Check and confirm schedule with original and consignee for CC shipment. 对于到付货，与起运港和收货人确认船期。
3. Send arrival notice to consignee and prepare docs for import clearance according to SOP. 发到货通知给收货人，根据操作要求准备清关文件。
4. Check with carrier/broker for actual arrival date,coordinate for clearance issue,arrange trucking to deliver cargo if necessary after clearance. 向船公司/代理确认实际到货时间，协调清关问题，如有需要，清关后安排车辆送货。
5.Input cost and issue invoice in system. 在系统中录入成本，开具发票。
6.Quote destination charge if needed. 根据需要，对目的港费用进行报价。
7.Coordinate for import business of local sales. 协调销售的进口业务。
General task
1. Ensure complete and correct data input in operation system. 确保操作系统中录入的信息完整并且正确。
2. Send Tax invoice to client for payment,and ensure finnacial policy is abided by strictly. 寄发票给客户付款，并且严格遵守公司的财务政策.
3. Ensure file is hand over to supervisor for close by due date. 确保按时把文件提交给主管安排关账。
4.Other tasks assigned by manager. 完成其他由经理分配的任务。
