职责：
近铁国际物流（中国）有限公司宁波分公司 招聘海运/空运进口/出口操作5名
职位信息:
General Responsibilities:
1) Confirm the booking information with overseas after getting the booking from shipper. 与国外代理确认订单信息。
2) Arrange booking to carriers and follow up booking confirmation. 向船公司订舱并确认放舱信息。
3) Coordinate with local supplier for the collection of cargo and customs clearance. 与发货人确认并安排货物进仓/装箱及报关等。
4) Operation system data input and maintenance. 系统信息维护。
5) Send pre-alert to overseas. 发预报给海外.
6) Arrange billing. 对账及收款。
7) Daily communication with oversea offices, local agents and customers. 与海外代理、国内代理店及客户等的日常联络。
8) Other tasks assigned by team leader.
Qualifications:
1) College or above. 专科以上学历。
2) CET-4, good English in both oral and written. 大学英语4级及以上，具有良好的英语及书写能力。
3) Good experience in industry of ocean export is preferred. 有相关工作经验者优先。
4) Good communication skill. 良好的沟通能力。
