Requirements：
3+ years software application support experience
Ability to multitask, take initiative and work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment to solve software application support issues
Strong Oracle SQL Experience is must
Preferred strong experience in Oracle Developer 2000, or Client/Server development tools
Domain knowledge with warehouse management system is must
Preferred experience with backend data exchange supporting or development
Preferred strong verbal and written communication skills in English
