职位描述/要求：
Overall Role Purpose

To deal with special express successfully. Assist Supervisor –Local Operations in delivering shipments and transferring information to destination timely , correctly and safely

成功处理特殊货物的运输,协助分公司作业内勤主管安全，及时，正确地将快件及快件信息送至目的地

Accountabilities

Be familiar with all the operational process and master inbound & Outbound operational periods and specific conditions of shifts
熟悉各种作业流程，掌握进出口航班的作业时段及班组具体作业状况
Master all the specific use of operational systems, such as SCL, ACA,GOP,HIC, SAM,STM,CIA,PCDEM and FSQ
掌握各种作业系统（SCL，ACA，GOP，HIC， SAM，STM，CIA，PCDEM 及FSQ）的具体操作
Master the operational process of chemical goods and magnetic goods, to contact airlines and relevant departments with efficient and punctual methods so that these kinds of cargoes can be transited at the earliest time
熟练掌握化工品及磁性物品的操作流程，采用及时和有效的方法联系了航及有关部门人员，使货物在第一时间转运或出运
Take efficient measures (Such as X-Ray) to check the abnormal shipments in order to forbid dangerous goods coming into DHL Networ to transit
运用有效手段（如，X光机等）对异常货物进行核查，禁止危险品混入DHL网络出运
Take steps on undeliverable shipments in time, and connect with relevant department actively, to ensure those kinds of shipments can be arranged to deliver at the earliest time
及时对各种无法派送货物进行各项操作，主动与相关部门进行联络，确认，在第一时间安排此类货物的再次派送
Prepare daily operational report on ad hoc cargos when needed
根据需要准备特殊货物日常操作报告
Provide feedback of routine operations in a timely manner and assist duty supervisor to complete all the tasks
及时反馈日常作业状况，配合值班主管完成各项工作
Incumbent has no direct reports and authority over country line and functional personnel. Nevertheless he/she must be able to demonstrate ability to influence decisions/actions through provision of value-added inputs into the organisation’s business processes
